RecFaces launches a Training Center to showcase its new biometric solutions
Dubai-based facial recognition vendor RecFaces launches a new Training Center in September to help IT-system integrators, distributors and end customers from different countries to implement facial biometric solutions.
The company’s Training Center will showcase its most recent security and surveillance products, including the latest solution Id-Time, that provides reliable tracking of working hours using biometric facial recognition.

Rapid growth and new opportunities in the biometrics market
The global market for facial recognition technologies will grow rapidly at a pace that is ahead of the average for the IT industry. According to the latest forecasts of Future Market Insights, facial recognition software market will grow from $5.2 billion in 2022 to $22.5 billion by 2032 at an average annual growth rate of 15.7%. According to analysts, the growth rate of the biometric identification software market will outpace the growth rate of the general facial recognition market, as well as the growth rate of the law enforcement applications market.
“In the first half of 2022 the number of requests for training in facial recognition technologies increased by 30%,” says RecFaces CEO Tamara Morozova.
Components of the effectiveness of the biometric system
The choice of a software solution vendor largely affects the possibility of seamless integration with existing systems in the company: from CRM, ERP to security and time management systems. The effectiveness of biometric solutions and how they will operate within a year and beyond depends on the flexibility of the system, the willingness of the vendor to improve the product to meet the needs of end customers and the frequency of updates.
“To choose a biometric system for solving business problems, both the end-user and the integrator should understand how biometric technology works and what is the difference between the systems of different vendors: from the operator interface to such specific issues as scaling capabilities and data storage security. And for this we need systematized information,” says RecFaces CEO Tamara Morozova.
“It is no secret that many end-users do not consider the possibility of introducing biometrics due to doubts about data security. After the training, students will learn that in RecFaces solutions, data is stored not on the cloud, but on the end-user's servers — in a secure closed loop. Understanding this and other important issues allows us to consider biometrics as a convenient, safe and effective tool.”
The RecFaces specialists have helped dozens of integrators and their customers to set up facial recognition technologies and learn how to work with them using the example of ready-made biometric solutions such as Id-Guard and Id-Gate. The RecFaces company has received positive feedbacks from distributors and integrators including Anixter (Saudi Arabia), Key Solution Systems (Mexico), Audio Technology S.A.E (Egypt), Keymerging Technologies Ltd (Kenya), T-Sign Solution Ltd (Thailand), Varius Technologies (Kazakhstan).
RecFaces Training Center
RecFaces will provide free online and offline trainings for IT-system integrators, distributors and end-users of biometric products based on facial recognition technology. Multilingual classes are conducted by RecFaces experts both in English and Spanish. Not only do they provide the theoretical foundations of biometrics, but they also show how to use this tool on the example of successful cases.
“RecFaces trainings are based on a model of increasing the level of perimeter security through the introduction of biometric products based on facial recognition. The combination of all RecFaces lectures makes up the optimal set of competencies and tools for solving specific tasks, needed by both technical staff and security specialists in any company,” says RecFaces Head of Training Center Farida Baychorova.
“Our team has already got extensive experience in conducting online and offline lectures. Initially, the idea to open a Training center arose after conducting an interactive offline training with partner in the UAE.”
The free course consists of three live lectures lasting 1 hour each: introduction to biometrics, presentation of facial recognition solutions and software setup. At each lecture, the expert allocates time to answer questions from the audience. RecFaces conducts practical trainings for technical specialists, training for sales managers, as well as webinars for a wide range of listeners interested in facial recognition systems. Upon graduation, each student receives a personal certificate confirming his competence in installing and working with facial recognition software. This gives technical specialists the opportunity to independently install facial biometrics software and train their colleagues.
Key Solution Systems, Mexico “The structure of the webinar is really well-thought. RecFaces tells a story and leads the audience along a very clear path, covers the basics of biometrics very well both from a commercial and technical point of view. The experts have answered all my questions. What I really liked was that RecFaces included a live presentation of the product. Other vendors don't do this, they mostly present PowerPoint and YouTube videos — that's all. I definitely gained a lot more knowledge after your webinar. I think the most powerful thing about RecFaces is the software itself. If end-customers or other integrators don't test it, they won't see its value, so they should have a demo installed,” says Alan Rodriguez, CEO.
Anixter, Saudi Arabia “The webinars with live software and interface demonstrations were very informative. The experts told us a lot about the features of RecFaces solutions that competitors don't have. Thanks to webinars, software installation is not so difficult to learn and understand.”
Keymerging Technologies Ltd, Kenya “I attended an introductory webinar on biometrics, after which I brought my colleagues. RecFaces experts conducted a live demonstration of the Id-Guard solution and, to be honest, I have not seen such a presentation of the material from any vendor yet. Of course, I will recommend RecFaces training,” says Swaleh Naaman, pre-sale engineer.
Audio Technology S.A.E., Egypt “My colleagues and I were very pleased with the presentation of the material. The structure of lectures, presentation, timing, detailed answers from RecFaces developers — really good job,” says Peter Aziz, Technical Project Manager, Security Systems Installation Department.
The experience of conducting regular online and offline lectures on facial biometrics technologies has shown the relevance of training for all groups of listeners: integrators, distributors, end-users and technology partners. By gaining systematic knowledge about biometric technologies and the practice of using a real facial biometrics system, companies can cover the needs of their customers and formulate a more complete, technological and cost-effective offer for them using biometrics.
